Shipping Information.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a charge of £2.99 per item + VAT in the UK.
All items are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
International shipping is £6.99 per item or in the case of Labels £5.99 per item as these are shipped via courier.
Shipping & VAT will automatically be calculated and added at checkout.

All charges are 100% refundable, free of charge subject to terms and conditions.
If you have an ink that you feel is faulty please send this back into us ( a copy of your order number or full name and address is required), on receipt we will test this in our workshop and on confirmation send you a replacement out free of charge.
